• Although a reasonable effort has been put into ensuring games are virus, spyware and adware free, Pointed Games are not responsible for any damage caused by games downloaded from this website. If you think you have contracted a virus from a Pointed game, please contact us as soon as possible.
• You may not attempt to gain extra Pointed Points by means other than playing games or donating to Pointed. Any malicious activity or cheating will result in the user being banned.
• If you find yourself unfairly banned, or if it is your first offence, please contact us and we will review the circumstances.
• If you submit a score from a Pointed game and the Pointed system bans you, even though the score was legitimate, please contact us as soon as possible, with details of your username, the score achieved and the game being played.
