Games made in Game Maker are the most likely to be accepted, but other games may be accepted. Lend us an email and we will let you know.

Note there are some additional terms and conditions for submitting a game listed below. Also, see our views on exclusivity.

• We can not pay you for your game. We can only grant you a number of Pointed Points to be negotiated, depending on the quality of the game.
• We are not required to accept your game.
• Your game may not use any sort of cheat or code that gives players an advantage that might lead to a higher score or bigger payout of Pointed points.
• We will choose the ratio of score to Pointed Points payout, usually with consultaion with the games author.
• You are responsible for the security of your game. If too many people are managing to submit false or unrealistic scores, we may remove the ability to submit scores, or remove the game completely. We encourage the use of tools that may make decompiling more difficult. If your game was made with Game Maker, try score_under's Anti-decompiler.
• Once accepted and placed on the site, you will not be able to request removal except in extreme circumstances. No one likes their high scores disappearing due to a game being removed.
• Over time your game may be removed to make way for newer and better games. You shall receive no warning or compensation.
• We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.
